Vrooooooooom! Honk! Beep! Let’s explore our tactile sensory today and paint with vehicles! Ready, set, go …
Materials Needed:
- Plastic toy trucks
- Paint, non-toxic tempura
- Paint trays
- Paper
What’s Next:
- First, decide the size of butcher paper you want to use. This can be messy, but, that’s the best part right? If you’re going big, dress for a mess, including their feet! This is a great outdoor craft.
- Pour paint into trays. We used Dollar Tree baking pans ― they’re inexpensive and reusable!
- Next, lay out your butcher paper on the ground or table for smaller projects. We chose medium-sized paper for indoors and long butcher paper for outdoors!
- Finally, dip, roll and paint! The long paper is so much fun! C zoomed his vehicles up and down the paper, including himself! Use different sized vehicles! The varying track sizes are really neat, especially for the kids.
C had so much fun! I think all his trucks made a dip in the paint! Lots to clean-up! For more fun ways to paint, see {Kid Crafts} Painting.
