Green Monster Magic!


Good morning! It’s a beautiful day! Want some more energy? Pull out your magic bullet and whip-up a Green Monster Smoothie, or what I like to call — magic! It’s a vitamin packed smoothie, perfect for breakfast or lunch on the go! Yes it’s green, but it’s good!

What’s Needed:

  • 1 small frozen ripe banana, peeled
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp Better n Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)

Substitutions: Personally, I skip the yogurt, only use 1/2 a banana, too thick with 1, use unsweetened coconut milk (more vitamins), raw almond butter, and 1-2 tablespoon of flax seed for an extra PUNCH!  On the go? Make extra and freeze it for later!
